Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Maintenance

Our certified and trained technicians will perform above industry standard preventative maintenance on your A/C and heat pump system to keep it running at peak efficiency. Air conditioner maintenance will include the following:

  • Clean and wax the unit outside
  • Remove leaves and other fallen debris
  • Clean the condenser coils outside
  • Clean the evaporator coils inside (if accessible)
  • Check refrigerant levels
  • Check electrical system inside the unit
  • Check drain lines
  • Check air filters

Gas Furnace and Heater Maintenance

Our certified and trained technicians will perform above industry standard preventative maintenance on your gas furnace and heater to keep it running at peak efficiency and make sure it is safe.

Gas furnace and heater maintenance will include the following:

  • Carbon monoxide check for the safety of your family
  • Check gas pressures
  • Check electrical systems

  • Visual duct work check (where accessible)
