carrier split AC. 2 floors, 2 zone system.
found drain pan full of water in attic, causing power to be shut off due to the safety switch. reason for the water is due to low refrigerant again. searched and confirmed that the evaporator coil is leaking. coil will have to be replaced.
due to the age and conditions all options should be explored.

upstairs York split AC. serves the second and third floor.
at arrival, found a failed condenser fan motor. replaced the fan motor and then tested the system. once running, discovered the system was low on charge and that the pressures were surging and dropping. the surging could indicate that the compressor is beginning to fail
performed a leak search and found that the evaporator coil is leaking. the coil will have to be replaced in order for AC to work. .
Goodman split AC, whole house, 3 zone system. three floors.
ran and tested system. system is cooling with a 18-20 degree split, which is the recommended manufacturer recommendation. however, as i tested the refrigerant levels, found that the levels are fluctuating up and down consistently, indicating that there are non-condensables present in the refrigerant. also indicating that there may be an issue with the piston that meters the refrigerant.

On a service call for the customers two zone Lennox system. Replaced a failed damper motor that was stuck closed for the downstairs.
